Everyone needs a good dip! 

This one is full of protein and a great pairing with my herby olive crackers! 

You can also have it on toast, baked potato, or on your salad! 

There is no end to the way you can spice this dip up to your liking and blend it as little or a lot as you like for a creamy or chunky texture! 

One other little trick, I like to add diced tomatoes to this recipe sometimes for even more flavor!
