Flour-less Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 Mashed bananas
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Oats
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Hazelnuts (Omit if allergic)
- 1/4 Cup Raisins or Dried Cranberries
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tsp Flax Seeds
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 fahrenheit.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the banana and coconut oil. Mix well until mix is nice and moist.
- Spoon on to a lined cookie sheet. Spoon even sized dollops on to the sheet and put into oven for 12-15 minutes or until oats are golden.
- Let sit and cool before serving.
- These can also be made into bliss balls by eliminating one banana and the coconut oil. Add oats and nuts to a food processor, blend until desired consistency. Then in a bowl add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and roll into bite sized balls. Roll in unsweetened coconut shreds, Cocoa powder or even sprinkle a little salt on top.
