Ingredients

 

  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Coconut or Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon squeezed
  • 1tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 cup or less plant milk

 

Directions

    Roast or steam your cauliflower depending on time and flavor preference. You can even roast on the bbq for added depth of flavor. 
    Once roasted put into a food processer with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until desired consistency. Add more or less plant milk depending on how creamy you like your mash. Feel free to use full fat canned coconut milk for an even creamier flavor.
